Working with the Cowgills’ senior team to shape their new service offer was a challenge we thrived on. The initial strategic conversations really helped the team bounce ideas around and find their own voice and approach with an often misunderstood financial vehicle.
We initially worked with key Partners in the business to develop and define the proposition for the new Trusts service Cowgills was looking to develop. This phase included lengthy conversations and mapping of a range of elements to define how best to launch the service to Cowgills’ client base in the first phase.
A key focus of the project was to ensure the positioning sat comfortably within the broader Cowgills’ brand & tone of voice as well as ensuring that Trusts - a sometimes complex and misunderstood approach - was simply and clearly explained alongside tangible, quantified success stories.
Together with the new Trust team, we designed and developed a portfolio of new collateral including brochures and leave-behinds, that would explain and sell the service as effectively as possible. The new microsite we designed and built for Cowgill’s clients to explore, housed a broader suite of content including a series of long-form conversational videos that we scripted, filmed, produced and edited.
