BodyPro is a long-established chain of personal training
studios, selling one-2-one training and group fitness classes to the local community, across the North West.

 

What we delivered for Bodypro:

Evolving the identity and digital infrastructure for a training studio.

It was really important that we both improve our online ‘shop front‘ and created a fully integrated digital system which could handle online bookings all of our staff could easily manage across two sites.

emerge helped us to achieve this as well as opening up new marketing opportunities including a newsletter, client text messaging and using client data to improve relationships with our clients.

Working with Ben, the owner of BodyPro, we explored the BodyPro brand and how to evolve the visual identity, building out from the fundamental characteristics of the business. Once agreed and documented, this formed the visual foundations of the website redesign and site structure.



 

From a digital perspective, we worked through BodyPro’s existing onboarding, booking and client management processes to ensure these could be replicated and even improved within the new digital infrastructure.  Once complete, emerge also trained all of the of team on the new client management system.

New content was created as part of the project, including photography and a series of videos which were scripted, filmed and edited for the site and social media. Paid promotional campaigns were also set up to re-launch the new site.
